Residential property used for commercial reasons

Hello
My chacha who does not have ownership of property is using the ancestral property which is a residential plot in a co-op housing society for commercial reasons & earning money out of same..
He has rented out part of property to a caterer and has also kept some other low profile people who have put their local stalls...
Please advise what action specific can be taken both under criminal & civil law for violation of the same.

U can file suit for possession and for mense profit.
If any annoyance is caused or nuisance is being created lodge complaint against the inhabitants and ur uncle

Registrar of co-op soc can take action for change of user???
