My father owns a land in Sainik farm and he has given a POA in my favour for use, and taking care of the land. Now he wants to transfer the land in my favour.

@1 What are the formalities he and I am supposed to do.
@2 Can he Gift this land to me, if yes then what are the legal formalities to be done?

Q3 What is the best way to transfer the land in my name and the legal formalites we are required to do?

contact a local alwyer . have gift deed prepared . it should be stamped and registered .
