In attached file we are Applicants & i am applicant no. 5 vaishali.
In my father property these people get harassment to his children.
We all are innocent b'coz when incident done we all at Mumbai.
But in high court of Aurangabad rejected this application they said go to the Divani Court.
Pls. suggest what next step on this case which needs to done by our Advocate.
B'coz this private case how can court admitted this case on which basis
Pls. help us.
