What will be the part of a widow and her two children in his dead husband parental Property? If her step mother in law and her 2 son is Alive.
And what is the legal remedy for her; can she go Court for 50% of Property?

Dear Sonu,
It will all depend upon so many factors.
First, who was owning the property? Whether the property was self-acquired property of the father of the widow's husband or it was ancestral property.
Second, if the property was self-acquired property of the father-in-law, whether the father-in-law died first or the husband of the widow?
Third, whether the father in law, during his life time, disposed of the property either by way of WILL, GIFT etc.
Only after knowing the minimum information it will be possible to give a view to your query.
