The bombay prevention of the fragmentation and consolidation of holdings act, 1947 and court decree

(Querist) 24 May 2012 This query is : Resolved
Hello,

Jr. Civil court made judgement and given order to give 9 aars(gunthe) land to my uncle.

As per The Bombay Prevention of the Fragmentation and Consolidation of holdings act, 1947, one can not transfer the land beyond certain limit and this limit for our area is 20 aar (gunthe).

How should we handover this land share to my uncle?

He is not ready to accept money.
