How to known that a person is BPL (Below Poverty Line) as the Right to Inforamtion Act, 2005 say's that a perosn who is a BPL is exempted of paying the fee.

So what is the procdure to known a person falls under the BPL category or not?

which are the lw applicalbe or BPL ?

any case which have said to known that a person is a BPL this following points should be kept in mind ?

any site for where i can get the full info about the BPL.

At the time of filing application of RTI, applicant have to mentioned BPL ration card number to exempt payment of fees.

I dont know what it means by BPL, because every one is having BPL card irrespective of their income. Not only that even pre matric Scholarship is the same case.

White ration cards are issued to below poverty line (BPL) persons. For more details type "below poverty line" on the search band on the internet.
