Regarding the rarest of rare case

sir we are with the prosecution in this case in which 5 accused came the deceased house who is working in the field at the back side of his home and suddenly all the accused came withe sharped aged weapons and the guns and shouting therefore he started to run and they also followed him, he saw a house and he went there and close the door of the said house in which another two people lives (mother & son) and the accused started fire so unfortunately the person who was sleeping in the said house received a gun shot on his head and chest than after the deceased again ran away and found another house which was blank he went in side the said house but all the accused covered the said house and caught him where the caused numbers of injuries to the deceased and than after the former house where they started fire set it into fire and the deceased also brought there and send his body in to the fire and therefore he burnt. in the said case " Does this case false under the category of rarest of rare case"
