Proof affidavit

Dear Sirs,

I have submitted my proof affidavit seeking divorce (christian), the same was accepted and numbered, the case was also listed for examination. But at the date of examination, the respondent files two (2) fresh IA petitions.

Should the filing of fresh IA petitions be objected after filing the proof affidavit, if so under what grounds shall the same be objected.

did you know the objection of proof affidavit, i hope that she is not filed for objection on proof affidavit, so pls confirm, same time she have rights to file IA.

Sir, she didnt file any objection to the proof affidavit but filed a counter affidavit and also filed 2 fresh IA with the counter affidavit

Every party in a case right to file IAs if need arises.The other party gets opportunity to file objections against IAs.
