Sir,
A criminal case is booked against me through a private complaint under section 420 Cr.P.C. for taking consideration amount which I am denying, by producing xerox copy of the unregistered and unstamped relinquishment deed. The complainant has already filed the original in the civil case. The complainant has not filed original relinquishment deed but the court proceeded to frame charges against me under section 420 by registering FIR. When I appeared before the magistrate I have not supplied the papers filed by the Complainant.
Sir, to whom I should complaint for irregularities in the procedure. Can xerox copy of the unregistered and unstamped relinquishment deed as evidence is addmissible for registering FIR against me.Already the matter is subjudice in the civil court.
Please advise to whom I should complaint.
Thanking you,

The Process(summons) has been issued on the basis of SA( Solemn Affirmation) of the complainant which is nothing but the prima facie satisfaction of the case.
You will not be served with any document now except the copy of the complaint.
During trial you would get chance to dispute/object the admissibility of any document sought to be exhibited by the complainant.
