I had a complaint against NSE broker.
I applied for arbitration under NSE mechanism.
An application u/s 33 was made for rectification.
When the panel did not consider it, i was advised by NSE to apply once again u/s 33(4).
When this was also rejected by the panel, I filed an appeal under advice from NSE within 30 days of intimation.
The appael has been dismissed by the Appellate panel on the grounds of delay, counting the time limit of 30 days from the date of award instead of the date of communication by NSE of the rejection of the application for review u/s 33(4).
What is the next best course available and what will be the court-fees?

Revision would lie in high court.
The court fees differs from court to court.
