Filing an application u/s 151 cpc

(Querist) 23 July 2012 This query is : Resolved
I missed filing my affidavit of evidence on the date it was posted for filing. On the same day the opponent filed an application to close my evidence and subsequently the judge closed my evidence. I have filed an application u/s section 151 CPC in order for judge to set aside the earlier order passed by the same judge. Can you please help cite some Bombay HC judgements which would have got passed under these circumstances. Kindly help as the hearing is this week. Kindly assist urgently.

Judge will set aside the Order with compensatory cost payable by you to opponent.
You apply with reason of your absence with Documents [of travel, sickness of blood relation, death of relative] and with support of Affidavit & verification, & it will be done.
If it fails, apply for true copy, prefer Appeal/ Revision as the case may be, to higher court,
Prove your bonafide, and injury or damage that may cause to you, if deprived of leading Evidence, and undertake to proceed fast.
