Leave and licence

I have given my flat in a CHS in Pune to a company on l&l;basis for residential purpose for its employees only.
The mc has taken objection saying it is not let out to a family therefore it is commercial use.. Are their objections valid? Can give a case ruing that l&l;to co is valid and the flat can be given anyone for residence including bachelors?

you have to take permission of society before givig premises on leave and license .

merely because you have given it to company for use of its employees society cannot refuse to grant permission for leave and license . what society can do is charge non occupancy charges . inist on police verification .
