1.Writ petition is filed in High courts and
in Supreme court of India.
2.Plaint is filed in civil cases .
3.Civil suit is filed in civil courts to claim a civil remedy.

Thanx a lot sir for your concern... Basically i want to know the diff between plaint and a civil suit.. As plaint is the initiation of the suit..so wt else a suit contains..and are they both similar or different.

Besides plaint the documents are filed when
a civil suit is filed in civil court.
No difference as plaint is the most important part of civil suit.

This time some of us got spared NOT to call it an academic query,i too follow the same as i feel further explanation is needed.
A suit is assertion of rights to be presented in the form of a plaint.
