dear expert,
can anybody guide at the time of giving seurity what document perosn should have who are giving seurity for the accused and can a wife give a seurity for her husband

Property movable or immovable or cash in hand or in bank fd or any valuable marketable security such as shares, units of mutual funds of the VALUE ORDERED.

yes a spouse can take bail of other spouse.

This all is subject to satisfaction of the Magistrate.

YES : ANY RELATIVE INCLUDING SPOUSE can STAND AS SERITY. BAIL of other spouse.
