Can minors share of property sell by father

(Querist) 02 August 2012 This query is : Resolved
I intended to buy a house owned by Fatima. But she is died before one year. She has husband and a minor daughter aged 12 as legal heir. The husband is selling the house and agreemnet signed by him. He is the natural guadian of daugher who is minor, and ready to sign on behalf of daughter. Is there any problem in buying the house as minor has equal share as father? Will the court order needed for sale? If the sale be sued in future will it be held legal?

Minor's property cannot be sold without an order of the court. The selor has to file a petition seeking permission to sell minor's property.
