from where i can get solvency certificate to produce in the criminal courtfor surety purpose and what document i need to get the same

This certificate is issued by Tehsildar/Mamlatdar on the basis of report of local Patwari.

Surety for what?
If it is to assess the financial capability, banks also issue solvency certificate. You should have account with the Bank. You can request for solvency certificate mentioning the purpose for what you require it with the supporting documents to prove the solvency like Bank deposits etc. Banks will charge for this service.
