Who are you?
It is the beneficiary of the Will who is legal owner of the same.

Why do you expect from us to know the unknown facts not disclosed by you? You have not told your status in this scene. How have to associated with the property which is between the propounder of the will and beneficiary? Until we know your status and process vide which your interest has been created in the given property, no advice can be given as the same is impossible for us.
