hi,

if a will is duly executed adn registered. and it is not proved that teh executor was under coersion or influence as the will is being duly witnessed by the brother of executor... Can it still be challanged??? if yes on wat grouunds..

If the will is in favour of spouse or heirs of the witness brother, definitely that can create a doubt on the integrity of the brother, who witnessed, and can be challenged.
