Respected All,
As I am a treasurer of the society, one of the tenant filled a false NC against three committee members of the society in the month of March,12. In general meeting she promised to take back the NC but no any documents are provided to us for the same. in first week of the august we received one letter through courier. Letter is sent by the flat owner and not by the tenant mentioning the NC is taken back by tenant and by written letter to Sr.PI of Police station and taken a acknowledgement on the same. But tenet also refused to provide the copy of the same by saying its her personal document. Now my question is
1) How much importance is given to the NC?
2) Can NC is taken back by above mentioned procedure?
3) What action will need to society take for a false NC?
4) What action need to take on flat owner and tenant (family Relation with the owner)?
5) NC is on the three members, can we take action Singly or Jointly as society member?
