(Querist) 15 August 2012 This query is : Resolved
If someone has bought a new house in mumbai in which some he has done some alteration work. Like He has converted the flat grill of living room and bedroom into Box grill. OC of that building has not yet come. Nor any permission taken by anyone for the said work. So can some one tell me what penalty BMC will levy. Also he has converted his flower bed into Sitting i.e. he is using that area also. so can come one tell me what will be the liability & penalty?
Thanks

without OC builder cannot give you posession of premises . BMC wont grant OC unless all requirements are met . as far as amount of penalty is concerned your architect will be able to guide you
