Hi frnds!!!
I have a query.. Incase of redevelopment of old buildings what is the role of MHADA in it?
Whether their approval is required for all kinds of old buildings??

Yes, its approval is needed.

Dear Mihir,
Any kind of re-development is subject to approval related to concering authority. without approval /or permission you cannot develop or redevelop any kind of buliding.

agree with experts if its MHADA building then you need MHADA consent .
