Undivided property

sir,
if a person give all his properties to one son by a will, while not giving anything to other sons. then how this can be challenged...the property includes both ancestral and self- acquired property.

testaor can bequeath his self acquired property to any son . it is his decison . accept it . he must not have found others sons worthy enough

The will can be challenged on the ground that will was not made voluntarily by the testator.
