a)can a judge make changes in his own order(which seems to be biased and hears the respondent in absence of petitioners lawyer) without any review application by the respondent if the order is final in execution court.
b)can a judge accept objection on his order on next hearing without a review application.
i am the petitioner and the judge have given order witch seems to be backward to the decree passed by sc(sc had dismissed that point of discussion)please give reply with sightation.can a judge review and change his own order with the respondent giving objection and not applying for review petition.

specific performance decreed by sc. it is in the execution court to detail out the
niceties of execution of the sale deed in favor of the appellant in terms of
the agreement .in the execution court the stage is to draft sale deed.the judge had finalized the draft and we have given the draft according to the order. but we found in next hearing that again the judge had made amendments in draft (witch will give raise to technical difficulties in registering the document) giving a new order on the basis of objections(not review petition and favoring the respondent)filed by respondents .
