Dear Sir,
The undersigned seek your advise on the following.
I had availed internet services from service provider M/s.Tikona Digital Network Pvt Ltd.,
I have paid Rs.1300/- cash to Tikona Sales Executive as told by him.(Rs.500 Installation & Rs.800/- advance subscribe charges for one month)
The concern sales executive told me that he will bring pymnt receipt & subscriber Registration form/agreement for my signature within 2-3 days but he has not turn up till date despite repeated tel.calls & follow up. He has taken formal information about me and residential proof & pan card xerox from me.
The Internet was activated on 03.04.12.I used it till mid of may and called the Sales executive to rectify problem which I was facing & to change the existing Plan and to shift for new plan from June 1st week.
Despite of repeated follow ups thru customer care & emails & reminders nobody was bothered to give proper feedback hence I had sent mail on 19.06.12 to disconnect services with immediate effect and collect the bill till last bill immediately.
Despite of repeated follow up nobody from Tikona was bothered to give proper feedback.
Now M/s.Tikona has sent me legal demand notice for payment as per their bill and their staff is calling on mobile and they have started threatening to me saying that they will arrest me if payment not made immediately.
Please guide me the appropriate/suitable steps to be taken in this circumstances.
Rgds,

You should have sent a notice earlier to Tikona to address your problem.
Anyway send a legal notice and file a complaint to the consumer forum , if you so wish.

Ignore the demand notice and do not answer tikona's call. File Consumer case.
