Dear Experts of the Forum,
My family gave some land to( Military Estate Officer) Army on lease in the year 1963,under a lease agreement. Lease amount is also been paid till 1987. Now suddenly, the army claims the land (under Lease to ARMY through 'MEO') as their own, citing Inam abolition act condition { as per Act.;One can becomes owner, if he is an occupier of the land (under his position) by constructing building, as on 1-11-1973; but this rule is applicable to only private persons and not, to Govt. organization like INDIAN ARMY}.
High Court of AP, upheld our cliam and denied the claim of INDIAN ARMY('MEO'). But now ('MEO') ARMY is approaching the SUPREME COURT OF INDIA.
Our family is disgusted with this act of ('MEO')INDIAN ARMY.
Please guide us, what should we do?
Thanking You ALL, Expecting an early reply; PLEASE.

The order of high court s already in your favour. Now wait for order of supreme court which would also go in your favour. Keep patience.
