Maitenace deamand on wrong income of husband u/s case under section 125

Dear sir,
if wife filed case for maitenace making false income of husband and hiding her qualification as she was already engaged in private job and now left the job and stay with her parents.
kindly suggest :-
1. wife left my house saying that she will stay seperately and maintain herself and now she filed false case u/s 498a. my anticipatory bail is in pending.
2. she is well educated and worked some time in private firm and left the job and stay with her parents now making planning to take high amount of maitenance per month from husband filing case u/s 125 so that, her father's income for per month will be ensured.
3. she can mention high amount of income of husband in case of 125 in veiw of claiming more maitenance from husband.
3. my children are also with her and she is not giving me and my children's education is destroying. and now is planning to file case u/s 125

1. Not a ground to deny maintenance.
2. Now not employed; she can enforce maintenance.
3. Matter of evidence;convince the court of your actual income.
4. Pray for children's custody. Not a ground to deny maintenance.
