we had a partition suit in the court in which the sisters were asking their cousin brothers to give them share in their grandfathers property (maternal side).
Now that they have reached to a compromise the sisters have decided to withdraw all the cases and the cousins have decided to pay money.
The problem is that the property was acquired by the government for road widening some time back and the brothers some how managed to put only their name in the beneficiary list who will get the compensation from the government. Now after the compromise the brothers want the sisters to withdraw all the cases so that the stay is vacated and they can get the money from the collectors office to give to the sisters.
The sisters are worried that if they withdraw the cases the brothers may then give them no money.
I want to know how to proceed further in this case.

Then ask the brothers to pay money at the time of withdrawing the cases so in future when the brothers would get the compensation they need not pay the sisters anymore.
Else trusting the brothers with hope to get money in future is the only option.
