Reg: can i file dvc case against my sisiter-in-law and brother-in-law

SIR
my husband effected paralysis and unable to talk and his elder sister has taken him to her house and living with her sister.
she is taking rent of shutters and residential houses in the name of my late mother-in-law and i have no father-in-law.
and my husband is having one brother and sisters all are married.i have two small female kids and have no source of income to maintain myself and two kids and therefore i want your suggestion related to my subject.

Have your in laws done any wrong to you? If no then you can not file any case against them.
They are not liable for your maintenance either.

When sister takes crippled brother to her house then ti goes without saying that wife was either not caring or not in a position to care husband.

She has some moral (not legal ) legitimacy to apportion full income from property. You have a right to object but have to think of social consequences.
