Availability of cl/pl

dear all
i have joined new organization. i have to work at factory unit. my query is that my HR manager told me that i am able to avail cl/pl only after completion of one year. and for this year if i have take leave than for that day salary will be deducted.
from next year i will be able to avails all cl/pl
whether it true? give me guidance for the same.

Dear Pawan,
You might have issued with a Joining Letter, in that letter, all terms conditions are elaborated. Also you have to complete probation period, which can be extended for observation of performance. During the period, your leave privilege also not given to the employees. After completion of your one year, you will be entitle for leave.

The particulars of your employment such as, officer, office assistant, clerk, worker, etc., not known. Then your leave fcility is depending on your terms of appointment.
