498a and 125

Dear Friends,

kindly suggest that if wife file case u/s 125 than in such cases, interim maintenance will be allowed if interim maitenance is not claimed in 125 FIR. how much time can be taken by court to fix the amount of maitenance. further , i want to know your valuable advice that, 498a is filed with all the false alegation with intention to extract money per month siting idle in parent house. her parent made all the drama for extracting money from me so that, they will eat siting idle and will make enjoyment their life because they know that fixed amount per month may be fixed in 125 case. she brings my children in the court. my children age is less than eight years. can i take any action against her because, children mind may be disturbed.
