Transfer at the verge of retirment

Respected Experts,

Can transfer at the verge of retirement can be challenge in High Court.I have only 6 months left to be retire,but I have transfer politically.

Please give any leading case by HC/SC on this regard.

Whether the employee belong to any Central or State Government department or a private organisation, like company/ corporation, etc? Also, whether the transfer is within the existing city of posting or outside the city and the distance is beyond 8 KM, if transferred out of city?

You will have to prove that transfer has been ordered by malafide intention & in political pressure, not routine transfer

Matter is of state government employee.Distance if about 600 km and it is out side the district.
