My ex- has filed a false dowry case and attached various documents of alleged dowry transactions. The documents attached to the chargesheet agree with the amounts she has claimed as dowry but they show the following:
1. The bank statement shows the alleged dowry amount was paid to her uncle, not to us. 2. Another so-called dowry amount was a cash withdrawal she has claimed as a business expenditure for a guest at her company.
Can I file any cases against them for falsely getting my extended family arrested besides using it for my defence?

The above in no way would help her case, whichever way one looks at it. You should prefer a revision against summoning order or at any rate argue for a discharge. Once that is done the offence should commence.

Don't think of filing any case against her at this stage as it will serve no useful purpose.
I am not sure if revision will succeed at this stage. From the facts mentioned by you it looks more of a triable matter. Disprove her allegations at the trial.

Cases of 498 aquittal orders were not even allowed as cruelty, for Divorce Court says , it may not be false allegations, only that she could not prove it, for want of witnesses and evidence.
Majority 498 false dowry cases, but no wife was punished for false cases, to my knowledge [99%]
So u know, where man stands.........

Keep such strategic evidence points for your defences purposes. These should not be revealed befire the oppurtune time. Prove the dowry case as false at first and then take them to task through court and to claim damages later.
