dear sir ,
we had applied for mutation of property from my grandfathers name to my fathers name as according to the registered will, have submitted all the legal documents according to legal procedure including latest Index copy of will mentioning the share and names of successor for the property.
application was submitted on 31 july, but till today it is pending, the reason they gave is my uncles wife who has been allotted share of land according to will, has applied for mutation on 1 sept and thereafter on 1 oct given objection stating that ,though we have applied earlier our decision for mutation should be done along with their decision on same day.sir is this possible legally.
also now already 65days are over and decision is pending and they have not rejected our application and sent the file from Revenue inspector office to tahsildar for hearing.
what should we do next to get the process of done at earliest.

As the matter has been contested now. Tehsildar will inquire the matter with relevant papers and may also take evidence then he shall order for mutation according to law.
