Fesibility report and conveyance

(Querist) 12 October 2012 This query is : Resolved
Our Building is in the process of going for a redevelopment.Following are the questions.
1.As per the directive 79 A , what does a realistic feasibility report means? Can you explain me in details.
2.We have got the Conveyance deed done on our society name from our landlord and builder. All the necessary stamp duty has been done and same has been registered.Later, after 2 months the office bearers have done some kind of deed of rectification where in they have reduced the size of our actual plot by 45 % compared to the size mention in the conveyance .The MC says that since the property card shows less figure (which is true), so they have to do it .

A PMC has been appointed for the same.He has mad a Feasibility Report. But how do we know that his report is favouring the Members or himself , coz the PMC himself might be hand in gloves with the builder at later stage.I want to know what does realistic means?

well you have to appoint reputed PMC . you have to invite tenders before you finalise builder .

some buildings in your area must have gone for redevlopment . check what are the facilites offerd by builders . whether they completyed construction as per time table .

also appoint a lawyer before you finalise agreement with builder . safeguard your interests
