Dear Sir,
My salary is 8000 and in me and my maa only live in the house wife file maintance and 498,406,34 ipc case how could i save myself from this false case they want huge maoney to settle the case please gave me advise how much money court order for maintanance and what we do live a simple life.

Nothing except contesting the cases. In maintenance case if your are not govt employee don't show the income proof. If your wife asserts more income than you have then show your liabilities. Take help of local lawyer.
Wife is not entitled for maintenance only-
1. if she has left matrimonial home without any reasonable cause.
2 If she is earning and able to maintain herself.
3. If she is living in adultery.

U did not mention ur children.or she is working or not .
If she is not earning, you are bound to pay mtn to her and r kid , Say Rs. 3000/- pm can be ordered

Sare fact idhar udhar bikher kar aap apna hee nukssan kar rahe ho. Kisi ko aapkee samsya is tarah samajh nahin ayegee aur adhee adhuree salah se nuksan he uthaoge.

(1) Akhir kyon patni chalee gayee. Kya takleef thee usko.
(2) Kyo samjauta nahin ho sakta.
(3) Tumhari amdani kya hai?
(4) Kitne or kis reishtedar ka naam FIR main hai?
Apke pas 3 raste hain:-
(i) Daya kee bheekh mango.
(ii) 30 lakh de do
(iii) Mukadma lado. sabke liye jinka naam FIR mein a raha hai unkee bail karwao. Jo chargesheet mein ate hain unkee parvee karo. Jinko saja ho jatee hai unkee appeal karo.
bar bar query karne se kanoon nahin badal sakta.
