Maintenance of wife and child

Husband filed divorce case HMA -13.Case is running, wife filed DV case and that is also running. No maintennace is filed by wife for wife and kid as wife is employed in private sector.
What action should take as husband lawyer pressurizing to file maintennace case and because of this wife is avoiding.
Kids expenses are taken care by wife only.

if wife is working and doing well she wont be netitled to maintenance . for kid husband should pay maintenance voluntarily

What about wife's alimony? and not understand voluntarily as father never show his interest in child but somehow now want to pay maintennace and for that lawyer is pressurizing?

wife is well qualified and earning a decent salary . she is not entitled for alimony . if husband pays maintenace for child it shows his genuine interest in welfare of child . creates a good impression before the court that he is not shying away from his responsibilites

Husband in USA, wife and kid in India, by paying few bucks maintennace to child husband got 3lacs rupees releif in USA. He never showed any interest towards child. what wife should when he is getting decent salary.
What will happen if wife never filed for child's maintenace.
How in future wife can claim on property for child as wife health is very bad but earning.

You are already advised that if wife wants maintenance for the child then claim one.
