Dear Experts,
I have an agriculture land, measuring 1 acre (8 kanal) bearing a single khasra no., with a frontage of 220 feet. Now I want to sell 2 kanal of land as agriculture land (with proportionate frontage of 55 feet) out of its western side. My document writer is saying, if we will mention this frontage(dimension)on sale deed, it will be counted/treated as plotting & not as a sale of agriculture land.
If we don’t use the dimensions of the sold area in the sale deed (to avoid plotting), what else should be done to secure my right over my specific balance land being part of the same khasra number?

You can sale only share of the land iin the given case but you can provide physically a specific area as desired so that the requirement may be got fulfilled.
