Experts,
Basappa and Remesh are full brothers. Basappa went in adoption to another family when Ramesh was minor. Basappa was looking after his genetive famiily also. The ancestral house property submerged in river project. Village was shifted to now town. Panchayat was granted a plot in the name of Basappa instead of Ramesh. House was constructed. Both were started residing in the said house. After the marriage due to women folk in the family, house was divided in to two parts. In one part Ramesh and in another part Basappa started residing. Doth parts of the house standing in the name of Basappa. But elecric bills and pancyat tax of his part, Ramesh is paying since 20 years. On that ground, Panchayat has entered the name of Ramesh on his part. Basappa channaged the name of Ramesh. Subsequently Ramesh filed a suit for Adverse possession.
Waht are the conseequences of the suit.
