Kindly advice that wife has already filed case of 498a and 125 and now she can file domestic voilance case. as the seperation from husband is about one year.

yes, she can file Dv case though it will be

a false case.

it is immaterial that they have stayed separate for one year . DV case can be filed for acts of domestic violence
