my wife has changed her name through affidavit & advertisement in news paper for name changes. I have applied for update her new name in SBI account so submit affidavit copy & copy of news paper advertisement but manager said that please submit pan card in new name. than after we will change the name in bank account so I have applied pan card to NSDL but regret that officer is not accept the affidavit & advertisement in news paper in this regards they told submit your new name driving licence, new name bank passbook or apply new bank account & submit the copy of passbook or driving licence we will issue the pan card in new name. so i have go to RTO office. officer said that submit your original affidavit, original driving licence & news paper cutting. but thy inform to not submit the new name any other place bank & or pan card. what can i do ?? pls help me

contact a RTo agent and get the driving licencse in your new name . submit documents as required and get new driving license in new name . then use it for getting PAn card

First of all get the new name inserted in Ration Card or ADHAR Card and then enclose its copy with the application seeking driving license and get the whole things done as desired.
