hi
i am a tenant of commercal space in mumbai which is in the groud floor of the building. i am also the co owner of the building. I wish to give it to a sub tenant. But i am afraid he will sub - lease it to some one else which i do not want.
what kind of agreement should i make in this case. if possible can anyone provide a sample leave & license agreement.?

No such type of samples are provided by experts on this site but one advice. You should first go through your rent-agreement and should ensure whether you are competent to sub-tenancy. Generally this right is not given to tenants. If you do illegal act then you can;t stop similar befitting reply from that person.
