My employee has implicated me in a false assault case since I filed a loan recovery case on him.
I obtained evidence showing he had taken a flight using a private airlines to another city 3 days before and returned only the week after.
Can I legally submit this evidence in court? Or will it be inadmissible because I obtained it unofficially?

The travel is related to proving my innocence in a false assault criminal case he has lodged. It proves he himself was not in town on the date of the alleged assault where he said it happened.

You have best evidence in hand but initially you cannot put it before court rather can put these documents before police authorities and can demand to make thorough investigation to this point. You can make the representation even to higher police officials in this regard and even if trial commences against you, put this evidence by summoning the record of the airline or by summoning the witness therefrom with relevant record so that not only the complaint may be got dismissed but a solid ground for further initiating against him may be got prepared.
