Contempt

(Querist) 11 December 2012 This query is : Resolved
Civil suit was numbered by the madras High court after obtaining a leave to sue from the high court since the respondent firm and mortgaged land was in coimbatore. But due to pecuniary jurisdcation the case was transferred to additonal court, chennai was listed as original suit from the high court. But even after obtaining the Leave to Sue the additonal court has dismissed the suit after hearing the case for 2 years on territorial jurisdication. CAN lower court conuntermine an judgment of a higher court ? can I file an contempt against the additonal court judge.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 12 December 2012
The high court had transferred the case on pecuniary ground whereas the suit is dismissed on territorial jurisdiction.
The issues are different.
Prefer appeal than contemplating frivolous proceedings.

Your similar query has already been resolved with the same advice to file appeal rather for contempt of court.
