PLEASE ADVICE ME THE PROCEDURE FOR CHANGING OF MY SURNAME FROM MR.ISHWAR KAWAR TO ISHWAR KUNWAR AND WHERE TO APPLY? AS IAM STAY IN MUMBAI.

You can sworn an affidavit at Bombay to change your surname. But if you want to change your surname in school recirds then you will have to file a suit for mandatory injunction
