I am helping my father financially with a law suit. He is Willing to gift deed 1/3 of his property which is currently in litigation. I know he can not transfer his share while the property is in litigation. I need help to protect my interest in the property when the case is finalized.
What kind of document, agreement, deed or contract can I get signed at this time from my father so I have guarantee that after 3 or 4 year when the case is solved I get my share.

no law suit gets over in 3 to 4 years . trust your father . you dont need any documentation with your family .
if you so desire enter into loan agreement wherein you loan said amount by cheque to your father at ______interest . on case being over your father can repay you

The reason I want to do that is because my other brother and sister are in dispute with me and after spending all the money and later I get nothing will not be fair with me.
Does the loan agreement needs to be registered so it is legally secured.

I don't think the idea of loan agreement as much worth rather execute and register a will which shall contain the entire facts of litigation and his will to provide 1/3 share of the property under litigation once it gets freed.
