Effect of divorce judgment on criminal case

Can any finding of fact in divorce judgment substitute the proof required in criminal case.

What effect will the decree of divorce in favor of wife have on the criminal proceeding against husband.

Is it mandatory to file appeal against the decree of divorce before final arguments / final hearing of criminal case.
