Non payment of wages

i was working for indian shipping company m/s pratibha shipping co.and had been not paid wages of last 4 months. my contract with company is over(4 months contract), pls suggest where and how can i file suit to recover my wages.

Send it a legal notice . If ti fails to yield any result the file suit for recovery of arrears wages. Since it is time consuming process you should file Winding Up petition in the High Court.
Filing criminal case 406 IPC would further help you to get back your dues in quick time.
