Warrant ordered though I didn't receive summons

My second problem is that three summons were issued by court form me but I received NONE, yet the abovementioned warrant was ordered. Can appeal against this in the court? If yes, in whose court?

it must be a bailable warrant.

better appear before the court and seek bail instantly to avoid further problem.

no need to complicate the matter.

Check the order sheet. The summons may be returned on refusal.
Anyway take bail which is normal course before fighting the case.

Appear on any day before Court, Take on Today's board, Apply for cancellation of Warrant, Apply for PR Bond/ or furnish Surety. Matter gets over.
