Your query is like asking for posthumpus treatment after the patient has already died, but without making a mention for what purpose the treatment is sought now.

So, can you discuss, what is the use and purpose of asking this query now when the employee has already joined another organisation without caring for his resignation to have got formally accepted?

Please state what is the present problem for which the solution is sought, also whether as employee or as the previous employer of the employee?

Resignation if is not accepted then the management of previous organization cannot keep such ex.employee on roll till a long period and it is is required to take its final decision either to accept the resignation or to initiate disciplinary action and lastly to terminate him.
