This is regarding the query i had ask first before , we had been troubled by our building secretary over parking and there are case going on
the secretary has put ipc 325, 323,504, 506, 34 against us and in counter case we had put ipc 354, 323,504 ,506 against them this was in 14/04/2012 .still now we are waiting for chargesheet , and even after 9 months its not been got,,, so can you please tell how to proceed with these case matter and how can be the case withdrawn , or shall we wait more for chargesheet.

If the charge-sheet is filed before court it is duty of court through police to provide charge-sheet to accused. Prefer an application before court for supply of copy of charge-sheet else procure the certified copy of same.

As enquiry has still not been concluded, try to get the matter resolved at police level and the FIR can be got cancelled by SP on his satisfaction that the matter has amicably been resolved.

IF YOUR OWN NEIGHBOURS DO NOT SUPPORT YOU.
From where will you get Witness of who hit whom??
Its a matter of young hot blood/ secretary son your son ..
That lead to violence & Quarrel, became medico-Legal .
Ladies should keep distance from such quarrel, If you go so near to society secretary, in large public, to support your son's quarrelling with his son, you should send your husband there.
Issue was of all Male. Why Female interfere, and then say "put hand on me in front of public and as a women I want rightful justice touched me in public ??
You went inside crowd, and all oppose you! So u want to take disadvantage of your being a WOMAN.
WOMNAN ALONE can not be the deciding factor of dispute,
What your husband have to say?? Where was He??
every one knows it takes 9 times 9 months to deliver a justice. . Till date only 9 months are over.
All Society members cannot be wrong.
You and your son must be wrong somewhere, that's why Police jailed your son and your husband.
That is a result of your intervention.

I am sure, you won't get anything under the circumstances you described in your different 4 Queries. It is useless, and Trying to buy sympathy on basis of Female is not going to work here, as Society public is a witness.
Over and above you said it was pre-planned, so false allegation won't work out. , Soc must have recorded proof of this incident.
Only Legal remedy to do fast is: Complain to Magistrate , in Court u/s 156(3) Cr. P.C.
But if Investigation by Police & Report may go against you too, and it is most probable that it harm you more.
